Richard Maize has been an entrepreneur and real estate investor for almost three decades, and he is also a notable philanthropist in the Los Angeles region. As the Maize Foundation's chief executives, he and his team collaborate with a wide range of nonprofit and charity organisations concentrating on youth education and development, family services and social welfare, and culture and the arts. Maize's years of experience creating and selling one of the nation's top mortgage banking organisations, as well as his successful real estate ventures, have enabled him to give back to the Southern California community and beyond.
